This year’s festival was a great success.

Nollaig na mBan, which translates to “Women’s Christmas,” is an ancient Irish tradition that pays homage to the vital role played by women in society. It is a day for women to relax and be pampered, traditionally celebrated by men assuming household responsibilities.
This vibrant celebration of local women, taking place on 6th January, aims to celebrate and empower women in the community, and put a spotlight on their contribution – a contribution that often disappears under the radar – all while having fun of course.
The North Inner City will come alive with music, art exhibitions, interactive workshops, and engaging panel discussions, all centered around supporting and uplifting women. The event will feature renowned speakers and performers to inspire with their stories and talents.
Nollaig na mBan provides an excellent platform for networking, fostering community connections, and showcasing the incredible talents within the local area. It brings together neighbours, friends, and family to celebrate the invaluable contributions of women in our society.
We invite everyone to mark their calendars and join us in Dublin’s North Inner City on 6th January, where throughout the day and late into the night we celebrate all of our local women. Don’t miss out!
The gathering of family and friends for this festival is heart-warming. The festival brings the entire community together under a united umbrella: to have well-deserved fun!
